When should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony time is 5:30 but guests are welcome to arrive any time after 5 pm.
Is there transportation to and from the venue?
We've arranged for transportation from the Courtyard Marriott Southwest to the venue. The bus will leave the hotel at 4:30 pm.
Please make sure you arrive at the hotel before 4:30 in order to ensure a method of transportation to the venue. (If you miss it or if that time doesn't work for you, we've been told that uber is reliable to get into the venue but not out.)
Therefore, the bus will be available for departure from the venue back to the hotel once every hour.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is Semi-Formal. For this time of year in Colorado, we suggest women wear dresses or dressy jumpsuits, and men wear suits or sport jackets and pants. Dark jeans or slacks are a great choice too. Ultimately, we want everyone there to be warm for the ceremony and able to dance at the reception!

Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, we request that this be an adults-only affair.
Is there parking at the venue?
Arrowhead Golf Club has two parking lots that are equally convenient for accessing the ceremony and reception space. We do recommend that anyone with limited mobility (or a dislike for stairs) park in the Lower Lot.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
We have reserved a room block at the Courtyard Marriott Southwest (about 12 miles from Arrowhead). The room block is open until April 2nd through the link below.
There's also a Courtyard Residences immediately next to the hotel with the room black and the Hilton Denver Inverness is another good option if you're feeling fancy.
